Chutney at Play: Porkchops

Remember that kumquat chutney from waaaay back on Sunday? Well, here it is again, glistening atop a pan-roasted pork chop, with herb roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes. And WOW, was this good. If you’re a lover of chutneys, make yourself some chutney and spoon it over some roasted pork. You won’t be sorry.
